Women's Just Tri-It Triathlon Program 2008

2008 Program Dates: March 30 to June 15

What's on tap:

Mon May 12, 6:15 p.m. - bike - meet at Rotary Park, in the parking lot next to the Senator Sid Buckwold Bridge (aka Idylwyld Bridge).

Thu May 15, 6:15 p.m. - run - meet at back parking lot at Kinsmen Park (near the YWCA).

Sun May 18, NO SWIM - it's the long weekend, enjoy!

Thu May 22, 7:00 p.m. - info session: motivation - YWCA gym.

Hi Ladies,

Just a quick update on Monday's ONE by ONE Relay that Shannon Loutitt spoke to us about before the run on Thursday. Based on recent decision, it will be first come first serve for the presentation (there were no tickets printed). Shannon recommends that if you are interested in attending you should be there by 10am in order to get a seat. The Presentation is scheduled to begin at 10:30am at Bethlehem High School. Those unable to get seating in gym will have opportunity to view outside gym (glass wall) and will be able to participate in the never-done-before MASS start at 11:30!

Would any of you ladies like to represent our awesome group in the relay? Shannon has one leg on the east side at about 2:50pm that is about 1km long. Not only will you get to run and meet Ray and his team but our group will be represented for our incredible contributions to making a difference in the lives of women ONE by ONE. Please e-mail me ASAP and let me know if you are interested!

Ladies - today was fabulous! It was a great race and you all did fantastic!

I hope you had as much fun racing as we had watching you cross the finish line! You made us all so proud, and it is great to see all your hard work and training pay off. Enjoy your well deserved day off tomorrow and we'll see you all on Monday night! Once again... fabulous job!

Pedaling BikeAre you interested in trying something new and exciting? The Just Tri-It program is a great place to start. It offers training opportunities for beginners in swimming, biking and running/walking. Here you will find a fun, relaxed and informal group of women, all with the goal to develop a more active and healthy lifestyle.

Registration for 2008 opens January 15! Please note that registrations are limited to first-time participants until February 15. After that time, registrations will be open to past participants as well.
