Hi Ladies!

The results are in, and congratulations go out to Erin Cadieu and Allison Ruzicka. These gals are the winners of one of the gift certificates for registering for 3 or more events! Spend them wisely gals!!

And I know I am starting to sound like a broken record but if you haven't done so already, please, please, please take the survey! The link to the survey is here. We are passionate about this program and in order to make it better year after year we need to know what's good, what's great and what's just so-so!! Please tell us what you think by JUNE 25. Thanks in advance ladies - we really appreciate what you have to say!

Pedaling BikeAre you interested in trying something new and exciting? The Just Tri-It program is a great place to start. It offers training opportunities for beginners in swimming, biking and running/walking. Here you will find a fun, relaxed and informal group of women, all with the goal to develop a more active and healthy lifestyle.

Registration for 2008 opens January 15! Please note that registrations are limited to first-time participants until February 15. After that time, registrations will be open to past participants as well.
